Chefs Mark Holley and Jonathan Jones spotlighted crawfish at institutions all over H-Town. Tour attendees sampled it fried and boiled at two of Holley and Jones' favorite restaurants, before learning how to do a classic crawfish boil, with lessons on cooking time, proper seasoning and even ideas for extra ingredients to add to the pot.
