World BBQ, August 2011

Chef Chris Shepherd and Robb Walsh introduced attendees to roasted pork and smoked duck at a Chinese BBQ spot, grilled out at a hole-in-the-wall Korean restaurant, took on Mexican-style barbecue and made room for fall-off-the-bone ribs at a family-owned, Bayou City staple.
